This policy explains how the website of Dr. Nahed Kassem handles your personal data, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

- What you send us: when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or the booking form, we receive your name, phone number and what you write about the treatment you want.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to run and protect the site.
- Aggregate statistics: how often the review link is opened, and visit analytics if enabled, without identifying you.
We do not ask for detailed medical information or photos through the website. Diagnosis and the details of your case are discussed in consultation at the clinic only.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and arrange your appointment.
- To run, improve and protect the website.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising you have not agreed to.
Who we share it with
- Novomed Aesthetica – Umm Suqeim: the clinic where appointments and treatment take place.
- Service providers: website hosting, WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us, and Google when you leave a review or use maps. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Authorities: where the law requires it.

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook videos only load when you press play; that platform may then collect data under its own policy.
How long we keep it
Booking messages are kept as long as needed to arrange and follow up your appointment, then deleted unless the law requires otherwise. Medical records are kept by the clinic under Dubai Health Authority rules.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request by WhatsApp or phone, as listed on the Visit & Book page.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the admin area is limited to authorised people.
